Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your Bridge & Bale purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. No specific reason is required.

How to start a return

Email support@bridgeandbale.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address, within 1-2 business days.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned in the condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories included where possible. This helps us process your refund quickly. If an item shows signs of damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect the reduced value of the item, or decline the return, at our discretion.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit), in which case we cover the cost and will provide a prepaid label.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or missing refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation email and you have not seen the funds, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you still have questions, contact support@bridgeandbale.com and we will look into it with you.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact support@bridgeandbale.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer, at no additional cost to you.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under this Refund and Returns Policy rather than a cancellation.

International returns (UK, Australia, Canada)

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Any customs duties or import taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable, as these are collected by your country's customs authority and not by Bridge & Bale.
